2) Information about your transaction with us, our affiliates, or others such as your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions, and credit card usage; and

3) Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as your credit worthiness and credit history.

We may disclose all of the information we collect as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

To protect your privacy, we only work with companies that agree to maintain strong confidentiality protections and limit the use of the information we provide. We do not allow these companies to sell your information to other third parties.

If you terminate your membership with Acclaim Federal Creidt Union, we will not share information we have collected about you, except as authorized or required by law.

We may also disclose information about you under other circumstances as permitted or required by law.

How We Protect You

We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who have a sepcific business purpose in utilizing such data. Our employees are trained in the importance of maintaining confidentiality and member privacy.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

What You Can Do to Protect Your Privacy

1) Protect your account numbers, personal indentification numbers (PINs), and passwords. Do not share them with others or keep them with your plastic cards.

2) Use caution when disclosing your social security number and/or account numbers to other persons. Know who you are talking to and why they need the information.

3) Keep your information current with us. It's important that we know how to reach you in case we detect potientially fraudulent or unauthorized activity or use of your account(s).
